Mr. Dhananjay Damle, (Civil Engineer) started his carrier as a Project Engineer in 1986. He has worked in various departments in the Construction industry, such as Production of Pre-stressed Concrete Products, Quality Control, Site Supervision, Planning, Quantity Survey, Project Management, Project Co-ordination, Marketing, and Design of MEP Services (Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Firefighting, and all allied Utility Services). After working in various prestigious Business Groups like Walchand Group of Industries (The Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd.), Tatas’ (Tata Power Company) and a renowned organization like S. N. Joshi Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Damle, in pursuit of Innovation, Excellence and achievement of Proactive Coordination has ventured into the field of Design Consultancy for MEP Design Services.

Our Engineers have Degrees in their respective Engineering fields and each had several years of experience in Design field, before we recruited them for our new company. We are proud to use Design Calculation Modules indigenously developed by us. CADWIZ has assembled a strong team of Associates that allow us to support complete Project of any scale.
